IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes, all of our products are packaged in glass and come shipped in a kraft mailer box with biodegradable packing peanuts.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS

Our products are designed with a recommended shelf life of one year after opening, and can last up to 30 months from the manufacturing date if unopened. To ensure the longest possible shelf life, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and excess moisture. This will help to maintain the quality and efficacy of our products, ensuring that they deliver the best results for our customers. We are committed to providing products that not only meet our high standards for quality and effectiveness, but also maintain their freshness and potency over time.

HOW DO I DISPOSE OF THE PACKING PEANUTS?

Our Packing peanuts are biodegradable so you can simply wet them and they will dissolve.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to the 50 United States, Canada.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We primarily ship with UPS but we may ship with USPS depending on the address and DHL is used for all international orders.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders leave our facility in Atlanta within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED WHAT DO I DO?

No worries! Occasionally the postal carrier will mark the package as delivered in advance--most of the time, it'll show up a few days later! If you still can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.  If this does not arrive please contact us at We try our best to swiftly to processes orders quickly and we are typically are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. However, please just send a email to help@shopgoldivory.com with the subject line "Cancel Order" with the subject line titled "Missed order " *After 1 weeks from the delivery date for orders delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We try our best to swiftly to processes orders quickly and we are typically are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Due to the nature of our products, We do not accept exchanges or returns for used merchandise.
