Using your fingertips, take a small amount of body butter from the jar. Start with a dime-sized amount and increase as needed. Rub the body butter between your palms to warm it up and melt it slightly. Starting from your feet, apply the body butter in a circular motion, working your way up to your neck. Pay extra attention to dry or rough areas of skin. Once you've applied the body butter, allow it to absorb into skin for a few minutes before getting dressed.
