First, wet your skin and the exfoliating net sponge with warm water to soften the skin and activate the body wash.
Squeeze a small amount of body wash onto the loofah, and work it into a lather by rubbing it together with your hands. Using the sponge, gently scrub your skin in a circular motion, starting from your feet and working your way up to your neck. Pay extra attention to areas with rough skin or where dead skin cells tend to accumulate, such as elbows, knees, and heels. Then rinse.
